install ipcop usb flash

Hi I am new in Linux,
Can anyone please guide me how to install ipcop to my 1G usb flash? I know I could have the BIOS boot up from the usb storage device after the installtion. I have test out some of the pc when I push either F2 or F12 key.
Thank you!!
