i think that is the longest run-on sentence i have ever seen, and i got confused reading it, not knowing exactley what the problem or error is, it sounds like a windows problem? is that right?
you might want to retype that so its easier to read.

Translation:
"Installed Win98SE and PC overheated. Now I can't startup and it stops at the configutation process. It says I don't have enough space but this is a new 20Gb drive. I was going to put RH 7.1 after Windows using partition magic. But at the end I got any error. "

is this correct?

did partition magic give the error? or Red Hat install?

I would delete all the partitions make new one(s) and format and start all over again. Install window 98 first, then install Linux. Sounds like Windows made a mess of your drive somehow.

if you still have ms dos then i'd try formating the hard drive and see where that gets you. failing all else, take the thing back to the store and get a refund.
but... i don't think that just installing a new hard drive will cause start up problems like that... it might be that something got fried when the pc overheated. looks like you might be in for hardware repair.

hmmm... how did the partitioning go before you tried the install? i'm not an expert at using two hds in the same box... but i'm pretty sure that they both need to be set as partitions before you can install.
