I want to merge two CDs' tracks in my music library

Using any program (I don't care which, as long as I can get it), is there any way I can automatically merge two CDs' track listings into one in my music library, for organizational purposes? I'm not talking about a playlist; I mean making a music player take the tracks from two CDs and essentially pretend they came from one CD. This would be ideal when I rip or play a two-volume album that is divided only due to the space limitations of a CD.

Of course I could do this manually, but it's not worth the time or effort. If I could do it with a few mouse clicks, it would be.

Cantus is an easy to use tool for tagging and renaming MP3 and OGG/Vorbis files. It has many features including mass tagging and renaming of MP3s, the ability to generate a tag out of the filename, filter definitions for renaming, recursive actions, CDDB (Freedb) lookup (no CD needed), copy between ID3V1 and ID3V2 tags, and a lot more.

Thanks, I'll try it.

EDIT: There doesn't seem to be a Debian package for this (although the site says an Ubuntu version is coming soon), and I don't feel like doing any compiling, so I'll pass for now. I'm trying to use a program called EasyTag that I found in one of my repos. I'm having good results with EasyTag, although I notice that if there are any WMA files present in the folder being worked on, EasyTag can't detect them. (Not that I wanted it to tag them. I just hadn't converted them to OGG yet.)
