I want to buy a Lenovo Laptop

Hi all

I'm planning on buying a laptop. With a price to performance ratio and financial feasibility rating, I've zeroed on this one. Lenovo 3000 N100 (0768A35)

Can someone ascertain if its ok to go with it or recommend a different one?

And yeah, its totally ground up on Linux for me.

Lenovo was formerly IBM Thinkpad. IBM sold the whole business to Lenovo a couple of years ago.

IBM Thinkpads are simply excellent laptops. I have an A30 that has travelled all over the world with me and has been very solid for 6 years (except for a HD failure along the way).

If Lenovo has maintained IBM quality, it'll be a good machine. I don't know if they have maintained the quality. Suggest you google for reviews.
