The seller is located in Miami USA. I am located in Canada. The price of the item was 19 dollars and the shipping cost me 15 dollars.
When the item arrived, I found out that it was a faulty item. I sent the seller the video clip of the item, which is this one
and the seller agreed with me that the phone was not turning on and it was therefore a faulty item.
Am I still responsible to pay for the return shipping of the item? When the seller agrees it is a faulty product? By the way, the seller sold more than 1000 items on eBay and his rating is higher than 99%. I have not given a feedback yet. Should I demand for a full refund, with a warning that if he does not comply, I will give him a negative feedback? The seller is offering me a partial refund so I can get a new battery, or replacement of the entire item (Which will cost the seller more than the price I paid him) I do like this phone, but I am also fine if I can't have the phone.
