I need a good CMS/Forum/Portal... any suggestions?

I'm looking to start yet another web site... the details of which shall remain secret for the moment (not that it's *that* inventive, but still...)

I'm looking for some combination of a Content Management System, and a Forum, much like this site, or www.techimo.com

As you can see, it has a forum, news, articles, gallery, reviews, links etc... it's not just a forum with a portal page bolted to the front.

i would like something like that.

am i going to have to hack around until i can bolt all the different components together successfully, or is there a package out there (available for free, or near-enough) that contains similar features as this??

i would basically like my site to be based around the forum, but to also have reviews, latest products, best places to buy stuff etc...

any ideas?? Thanks in advance...

Code your own.

Or wait until I finish (read: start) on mine. It'll be cool.

I'm still getting my MySQL down pat. Right now, it's more of an idea than anything else.

When I get it done, however, I'll let you know, k?
