i need a free screencapture program to run in windows XP


hey folks @ LQ

i want to do screen capturing in windows and i never used a program like this before. Do you know a decent one that records video and audio. I want a free one if possible or a low cost one. Any recomendations

VLC, but u should use it in Linux!
