Post i can't send my email out


i can receive email, but when i send email,it always says:554 Transaction failed : Cannot send message due to possible abuse; please visit http://postmaster.yahoo.com/abuse_smtp.html for more information

i don't know what the problem,anyone can help me,Many thanks!
