Angry i can't download or uninstall anything!

i have an acer aspire 5315 that had a virus which was deleted with microsoft assistance, however 90% of my programs are disabled and microsoft can't enable them, they are telling me that it's a manutacturing problem that i need to get a system recovery disk for. i can't download or uninstall anything, my touchpad doesn't work at all and when i try to log in as administater i get a black screen. i can't open any programs in my control panel unless i'm in safe mode, actually i can't do much in safe mode either. any ideas?

Would it be much of a stretch of the imagination to think that you're posting about a Windows install?

I'm sure the post will be moved, but you posted this question to the "Linux - General" forum.
