I've decided that everyone should get mondays off..

I've come to the conclusion that monday was originally designed to be part of the weekend..
My reason of this is that both weekend days are short for planetary things in our solar system
saturday - Saturn
Sunday - Sun

so I think we should get monday off from now own cause its related to the moon..
none of the ther days appear to relate to this that I could think of..
So vote for me a president and I'll make it a 3 day weekend..

i'm fully in support of the mondays-off program - in fact, i think it should be expanded to include tuesday. eventually, the only work day will be friday - but no one will care because friday's just before the weekend.

Recently the Monster Raving Loony Party (an English 'political' party) decreed that if they were voted into a position of power, they would get rid of December and January, thus making the winter shorter by two months. They got my vote. You'd get my vote (if I were American).

Funnily enough, though, one of their memebers was elected, and he took up the position, so he was fired.

As much as I would like to have Mondays off, how would you work your required 40+ hours?

You would have to work 10 hours Tuesday through Friday. I think that would suck more. Just a thought though.

my weekends are already three days off.. i actually work on weekends in normal society's minds. wednesday thru friday off isn't so bad..like i have it now. i don't have to worry about fighting crowds on the weekends.
