how to stop receiving notifier

how can i stop receiving notifiers everytime someone replied to a thread? i dont want to fill my email with notifiers

Options
Click on "My LQ" at the top. Click on "Edit Options". Under "Default Thread Subscription Mode" choose "No Email".

In the email, scroll down. There should be a link to Unsubscribe from a thread, and another to Unsubscribe from all threads.

my god this is more complicated than linux ... i am sweating but finally found it ... you can still subscribe but without receiving emails .... lets see if it works now
