How to hide the mplayer title bar?

Hi: when I watch a video with mplayer, the GUI displays the window title bar. Any way to disable this behaviour? For I think it's Xfce (4.10), my desktop environment who does this. I mean, I'd like to watch the video really full screen.

Before invoking mplayer, I'm in a GUI terminal in full screen (all of the screen is black, save for the typed commands and program output). Then I do 'mplayer <file name>'. And then I have all the screen for the video except for the window title bar. It says 'MPlayer'.

I just tested in Fluxbox and I agree that the titlebar is clearly provided by the GUI environment.

This discussion about Xubuntu might help: http://superuser.com/questions/36566...bar-in-xubuntu

As this question involves Linux, I think it is out-of-place in Non-*Nix General. You may wish to ask a mod to move it a more appropriate forum, such as Desktop or Linux General.

Code:
mplayer -fs <filename>
Or press "f" when mplayer is running
