Has anyone heard the news?

SCO released a new kernel! Yes the long anticipated 2.6.0 SCO kernel is now available from www.SCO.com.

It comes complete with a pre-signed license so you don't have to bother wid dat. It also habs a built-in credit-card-number-stealer so your $700.00 license fee is pre-paid! Woot woot! I cant waits to get me some-o-dat!

Darl McBride says it's just a coink-y-dink that it was released at the same time as the other "stolen code kernel from Linus Torvalds." Unfortunately www.sco.com is under another 1999 syn flood attack and cant be reached for downloading. But Darl says he'll let joo download and use da other kernel if you promise to give him what he deserves.

OK Darl, I hope you get it!

But since theirs is better it's called a Five Star General.

Says Darl: Kernels are something I pick out of my teeth at the theatre.

Awww, man, I stole thier property again...I downloaded the kernel from kernel.org, not SCO's "official" site. Damn. I guess I should put the handcuffs back on...
