Got my LQ coffee cup

I recieved my LQ coffee cup, kinda disappointed its made in china. It cost me 37 bucks, the mug was 15$ and the insufficient funds charge was 22$, Oops, .
On a side note. How the hell can funds be taken out of my account for somone else when it is empty? That dosnt make sense, then get charged a fee? With that kind of logic I should be able to go and take out funds myself when my account is empty.

To that stupid insufficient funds charge, I say what I heard a comic say (not sure who, maybe Gallagher) Oh sure! so you are gonna charge me more of what you already know I don't have enough of! haha!
