Google wave invitation

so, I hear about this cool new thing called google wave (it's name is a Firefly reference, so it must be cool), but by the time I hear about it they've stopped taking invitations.

Would anybody send me an invitation to this?

jpiee [atsign] AOL (dott) com

Sincerely thanks!

Ps, it's not my personal address, so I'm not to worried about posting it for spammers

I'm not sure this is the right place for your request. In any event, Google sent out 100 000 invites on September 30th, and each of these first-generation invitees got eight invites that they could send to other people. Their invitees do not have the power to invite more people. There was a contest, briefly, but I checked on it and found this http://twitter.com/googwaveinvite/status/4778886944 . I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it looks like you're out of luck unless you happen to run across one of the original users who hasn't used up all of their invites, which seems pretty unlikely now. Have a nice day.

Ah. Didn't realize that invitees couldn't send invites. Thank you kindly!
