Perhaps I know nothing about something I should know about...but what's a "gmail drive"?

Gmail can be accessed via the web using any web browser (well, any gecko, explorer, or Safari web browser).

http://gmail.google.com/

Or you can use pop3 client to access it. Maybe use Thunderbird or KMail (if you're using KDE).

The servers are:
Incoming: pop.gmail.com
Outgoing: smtp.gmail.com

If that doesn't answer your question, please explain more.

Wow, I really had no idea.

I'm sure it wouldn't be that difficult to do, but unfortunately I don't have the time right now I have to study a lot

green4u, that link that trickykid sent you have all the info about installing gmailFS and working with it. I don't know if I could say anything more than what that says.

Thanks for the enlightening posts, guys.
