Gigabyte GA-K8NSC-939 / AMD X2 4400+ Bios Upgrade?

I'm planning on purchasing a Gigabyte GA-K8NSC-939

http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/Produc...uctCode=241799

and a AMD X2 4400+... i was wondering, when I get this, would I be needing a bios upgrade or should it work right off the bat..

There really isn't anyway to tell right off the bat. I personally would check the BIOS rev on the board and then go to the mfg site and see if there is an update. It's your best bet.
