Free Math/Algebra tutorials?

I have a friend/coworker who would like to brush up on her math skills. I thought I'd try to help her out by finding a freely available math application. She wants to start with Algebra, and wants to find a program that not only quizzes her, but also assists her if she gets the answer wrong. Anything out there like that?
