forum where hackers peddle thier legit services?

Is there a forum where hackers peddle (and one could solicit) their legitimate services on a pay per instance basis?

Strictly legal stuff, no Cracking. It may be too difficult for moderators to stay on top of. I guess the mods would have to be lawyers.

Not porn supported. Perhaps paypal.

Nothing against porn but there are too many kids around my house and I wouldn't want to have to worry about it.

Thanks for any replies,
