After a thrilling afternoon looking for Tier-1 ISP's that serve Europe and the US, I thought that even though it isn't directly linux related, maybe someone here could give me a hand.
The Company I work for is expanding into Europe, and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions, or could point me in the direction of a the major players in the e1/e3 european market. Latency is a key issue here, because our european office (in brussels) will need to have reasonably fast access to our testbed servers here in the US office.
Haha... first place I looked. Unfortunately, most of the searches I have tried (too countless to list) come back mostly with results for brokers and middlemen, none of whom have any real info about the infrastructure of the providers, or their peering agreements. I'll keep looking though...
