elitekeyboards.com

Anyone here have any experience with elitekeyboards.com?? I ordered a happy hacking pro on the 5th and haven't heard anything from them since. I got a USPS notification that says they were made aware that the package would be shipped, but that this doesn't mean that it has been shipped. I've looked around online and it seems like other people have been happy with their service, so maybe it's because (it seems like) he's just one guy doing everything and doesn't have a lot of time.

Also I'm in Canada and it could be held up at customs...

Any thoughts? I'm getting anxious and I want my keyboard!

[Edited for anyone finding this page via google.. I received the keyboard safe and sound, but received the lettered model instead of the one with blank keys that I ordered. They sent me the blank replacement keys free of charge, no customs even, and I got to keep the lettered keys! Very happy with the keyboard and the service.]

I assume you have tried sending them e-mail.

Their site has no phone # so I did a whois search. The registrant is in Florida, and looks to be some kind of service that one can use to keep from being contacted:

It's no sign at all---it just means I couldn't find a phone number for them using whois. If you're curious, call "Account Privacy" and see what they have to say.

ok thanks. i tend to think the sky is falling before i need to..

i did hear back from him today with a new tracking number that indicates the package is being processed by customs. odd to have 2 tracking numbers, but i guess there are legitimate reasons for that to happen. i'll update here when i either receive it or don't.
