Ecomstation Back From Dead, Odin Win32 Converter
According to IBM, OS/2 WARP is already DEAD / discontinued.
Ecomstation proved that OS/2 actually still exist / alive.
Odin is a 32 bit Windows Application binary converter (Windows 95, 98, NT, 2K).
After the conversion, the applications will run at optimal speed, similar to native OS/2 applications.
No LINUX / UNIX Distro can do similar thing efficiently, because of different OS structure.
There is an unfinished "EverBlue" project:
"EverBlue is an effort to port the X-Library to the OS/2 Presention Manager (PM). Until now people need XFree86/OS2 to run applications like GIMP on OS/2. For sure XFree86/OS2 is a great thing but it is running fullscreen which is not that comfortable."
