Duplix settings for NIC

Hi all,

I was just wonding if anybody new a regkey or a command line utility so I can find out the duplex (10half, 100 full, auto..etc) of a windows platform PC.

I want to do this remotly - not from the PC. I've tried MMC.EXE and there is nothing in there. I've looked at stuff like netstat and ipconfig and nbtstat but nothing shows the duplex.

Any ideas?

Thx!

How about Sub7. It should be able to show you that, unless you want to check from a Linux based machine.

Hi JesseJames,

Thx for your reply. This is like a backdoor trojan which will be detected by our network sniffer programs...i'll probably be fired...( i guess i never told you that this is for work.)

Any other ideas?

PS - i have cygwin on my xp machine...is there anything I can do here? ( i can't telnet to any machine as that port is blocked)

Thx!!!!!
