Does anyone sell desktops with an actual video card instead of the integrated graphics crap ?
You could buy a desktop from somewhere, and just add a video card. If your looking at high end, may be better to build your own.

Integrated graphics wouldn't use all 8GB of RAM. It's usually limited to a small fraction of it. RAM for video cards is usually faster than system RAM. (GDDR5 vs DDR3)
