I'd say, go Xbox 2 and MS!!! Xbox is the best home console ever built. Final Fantasy stinks though (let me guess, you start the game, playing with a though young man, called xxx, usually a mercenary, who don't want to join the "good guys", but eventually becomes the hero of the city/planet called xxx. Oh yeah, this "guy" also will look like a girl, as Cloud or Squall...)
Either way, it will make Xbox much more attractive for many and that's a good thing, ratter then buying another underpowered Japanese console....

Awwww... I really liked the Final Fantasy games, especially #8.
I think video games are another form of artistic expression, and if this Japanese guy can express himself in a bad-ass video game way by Final Fantasy or XBox2, then so be it! As long as this dude continues to make games, then I'm all for it. Now I hope they port Final Fantasy 10 over to the PC!
