Content Filter for Firefox
 

My little brother currently uses Mozilla Firefox for his main web browser. Does anyone know if it is possible to download a content fiolter for this browser.

I would like to not have to switch him back to IE if possible as he always seems to come out full of viruses and spyware. Lol, him and IE are like dynamite and a lighter.

He is still using Windows because of some programs and games he uses, and Linux is not an option at this time.

If anyone has any good ideas, please let me know. Thanks.

This site has a proxy for adult content filtering. It would do, if their privacy policy is okay with you.

site not working. is there a content filter program for Linux?

I couldn't find any, which is why I directed ubuntu-addict to that site. It looks like that must have been a research project that stopped with the school year. Too bad.

This question will probably get more attention at www.mozillazine.org (which is a bookmark in Firefox;)), since its a Mozilla site. If you go there, it might be a good idea to post back here if you find anything.

Here's a good site with a nice proxy file. Fairly simple to install. The file's zipped and linked about halfway down.
