Unhappy Configure Outlook Express to Access Outside Mails

HI all,
I am connected to Internet through squid proxy server. I access internal mails through Outlook Express. Now I want to configure Outlook Express so that I can also access outside mails on Please tell me how can I configure outlook as well as firewall settings on proxy server to do so.
