cant add win2000 server to samba ldap domain

HI hope this is the right place to put this

I have a samba3/ldap pdc, I can add windows xp workstation and login to the domain, but when I try to add win200 server it gives me a error saying the username or the passwd is incorrect (administrator)

Why is this happening and how to get over this

Not sure, but here are two guesses.

1. I think you have to use a capitol A in Administrator
2. Is windows 2000 server trying to use IPSEC or something in its local security policy?

you use fresh win2000 or a server which already host some services, like dns or etc.
