thats nice, but dont forget that they also have higher prices on things such as cdr because hp canada decided to increase the cost to offset the cost to the music industry due to piracy, which is basically punishing someone buying them for a crime they might not even commit, basically treating their customers like criminals. Kinda like making all your customers enter a series of numbers to prove they arent software theives...
