can i add some new features to konqueror by developing plugin/ toolbar??

i actualy want to integrate a custom made toolbar to the webbrowser
which can monitor all the actions performed by a user??
how do i proceed??

well KDE is support to create SDK's for creating certain types of modules or components for it's programs... i recommend you check out the kde website...
