Can anyone -quickly- suggest a great CMS software-as-a-service?

I need to very quickly i.e. today locate a Content Management System software as a service, i.e. a third-party service provider, who can quickly and very reliably accomplish the following:

"I want to reserve a new domain-name and, all in one smooth step, quickly install a one-page 'landing page' on it, based on an existing template or library of material which I have stored in my account with the service provider."

I don't care about ... e-commerce, social networking, blah-de-blah, and I don't want to have to go through a lot of configuring. I want to be able to set up a landing-page (target for an advertising campaign ... client is a professional spammer well, almost).

It should become something that I can then pass-off reliably to the client's staff, not necessarily the brainier ones, and there are no techhie-smart ones to be had.

It would be great to say: "Enter the domain-name, select the template from one of the fifteen you've set up, push Go. ... presto. Now go look at the content page, edit a few things, press Save. Within 24 hours you're on line with that one-page. It's somewhere on their servers and you don't give the slightest whit where.

"It Just Works.™" + "Presto It's Done.™" = Perfect.®

This is the simplest possible requirement, it will be executed en masse (but not automatically or anything), and it will not go beyond this. I don't want anyone to have to flip-off any options that they'll never, ever use.

One important requirement, though, is that it needs to be mobile-device aware. I need to be able to specify pages that will appear if you're on a mobile browser vs. ones that appear on a laptop. Same page, different content choices.

I'm not running the computer; don't want to, must not. So this is not strictly a "Linux question" but I figure the folks around here are the most likely to know. Many of you have ground your way through a selection-process just like this ... tell me the name of the winner.

Wix builds crappy websites. they're all javascript. But appropriate for a spammer I guess.

I'm not sure that I quite understand the OP's question, e.g. where the "professional spammer" comes in. But if you want to get a simple one-page website up and running quickly, I'd recommend just using a WYSIWYG HTML editor like Seamonkey/Iceape or Kompozer to create a static HTML page. Straightforward and fast, and the result which will be much better than anything designed using a "free website builder"

Especially since I don't think the "building your website entirely in Javascript ruins your SEO" meme has been true for a long time.

Well, it turns out to be a bit of a moot point because they've decided to outsource that part of the work to a company that provides display-ads linked to landing pages, all on their domain. (Good point: who really cares what the URL-structure is anyhow. If you want to put an ad up that links to something else, you care about what the content is, not where it is. You want to place the ad, and place the linked so-called "creatives," and be done.)

No one really "finds" a web-site by Google any more anyway: the sites that actually show up, for any "hot" search terms, are those who bid for high rankings (whether or not they appear as "sponsored links"). Yeah, it's true.
