Best case+PSU?

Hey guys,

I'm having trouble picking out a case+PSU for my new PC. I keep thinking Antec, but then everytime I look up reviews, turns out things keep messing up. So the case that originally was perfect is now a piece of crap.

Any reccomendations for a case+PSU? Budget for the two is in the 80$-100$ range, tops. (Canadian, so like 75$-95$ USD) I'm going to be using an Athlon 64 3500+, an IDE drive, 512MB of DDR RAM, a S939 motherboard, and a CDRW (Until I can find a nice DVDRW w/dual layer & light scribe for ~40$) if that helps. So I guess 350W-450W should be more than enough?

a very nice dvd-burner .. 16 speed /lightscribe, and all the bling bling is BenQ DW1655 .. it only costed me 30 euro's. Which should be the same in Dollars.

A great case is the Antec Plusview II, I bought it myself a couple of months ago, and it's very silent, even the standard fan that came with it is silent, and can be adjusted in 3 speeds, low/medium/fast. Costed: 50 euro's.

for a PSU, i'd take a modular one: example: Sunbeam NUUO 550. It's great and silent.
