Happy birthday! Where's the party? Come visit Europe so you can have some grog legally. I almost said come visit Australia until I remembered that like all English colonies, the inhabitants have this weird thing about not letting kids have grog - it's just that I tend to hang out with French, German, Italian, and Dutch families so I often forget what the actual local grog rules are.
Give it a couple of years before hitting the UK though - you can father kids, you can almost be sent off to war, but heaven forfend we let you have alcohol before you're 18!!
But does it really make sense not to have under 18's binging? I mean whats the logic? Its not like the liver or any other vital organ gets any resilient at 18? May be on the side of responsibility but if you ask me then responsible drinking is an oxymoron!! Just like 'a free gift'
