amarok collection database, crashing
I have large collection of songs. it seems newest amarok has problems with song ID3 tags or something, so it crashes.
and I got many playlists (.pls); is there a way to tell amarok *not* to scan playlists? (only 'real' files)
i have seen a workaround that ignores bad tags, but its not working. why did they have to break it, everything was fine in older versions?

Asking on their mailing list or forum, if any, and submitting crash data to their bug tracker may help developers fix things while asking "why did they have to break it" probably won't.
