Alibaba Experiences?

I have found my mystery tablet on alibaba.com. Is that a reliable place to shop? I have had good treatment from ebay when a dud seller is encountered. What's alibaba like? Anyone been swindled? Anyone got praise? I'd love to know.

i don't think they're actively breaking any laws.
if it's a new device, the warranty is from the manufacturer anyway, isn't it, so i'd say go for it.
if it's used, i'd say no.

Er, that was open to being misunderstood.
I bought the tablet a while back on ebay. Never got the brand, but found it on Alibaba from the manufacturer. Which makes me think my ebay seller got it there. Hence the question.

OK. Forget the history of my under specced tablet. It's beside the point. To get accessories for it, I seem to have to go to alibaba. That's where the tablet comes in.

Have you been served on Alibaba?
