Access 2000


I know this isn't the best place to ask this but I am desprate. Does any one know how to import a table from an OBCD(I know I got that worng) database in access using visual basic scripting in it or something. I need to automate this but I can't figure out howt o do that.

There is a forum called access programmers @ http://www.access-programmers.co.uk/forums/

where you can ask all your MS Access related questions.
