A good artist for distro backgrounds etc

Where could I find a good artist to do some backgrounds for a particular Linux distro?

Other items like icons, startup screens, etc are welcome as well.

Any clue where to ask for some talented help on this?

I'm just looking to spice up my favorite distro with some eye candy.

Moved: How about placing the non-technical threads that aren't asking direct technical linux questions into the General forum and not in the Linux - General forum? Moved, more suitable in General.

Also check out Deviant Art, they already have a huge number of desktop backgrounds.
