** Linux, You're Beautiful :) **
My parody of one of my all-time favorite singles "You're Beautiful" by James Blunt
Quote:

Linux, You're Beautiful
My life was shitty
My PC's a scare
Often saw the blue screen
Pulled my hair in despair
Never figured out a way to fix
With many a problems abound
I always lost my sleep on that
I never understand
Tux is beautiful
Tux is beautiful
Tux is beautiful, its true
I saw your face
In a crowded place
I always knew what to do
For me it will always be just you
As i caught your eye
Had to give you a try
Now you could see from my face
That i'm all fucking smile
And i think that i have learned you by now
We share this comfort and it'll last all my life
Tux is beautiful
Tux is beautiful
Tux is beautiful, its true
I saw your face
In a crowded place
I always knew what to do
For me it will always be just you
La La Lala La
La La Lala La
La La Lala Laaa...
Tux is beautiful
Tux is beautiful
Tux is beautiful, its true
There must be many people
With smiles on their face
And i think its all because of you
But for the other things than you
I will never be with you

Let me know if its nice, when my guitar lessons are completed, i'll record it and put it on youtube or something.
Hope you guys like it

Hmm. Definately creative, I just don't like Blunts overly sentimental songs.
I remember doing a parody years ago: Looks Like No Device.

No offense to James Blunt fans but I hate that song. It's really not a bad song but when every radio station plays it 4 times an hour, it starts to get a little old.

I hate that song.
Hate. Cool. Dark Side 'n stuff. But where's *your* parody?
Or is only posting negative comments enough to keep a thread fun and interesting?

LoL. Yes i knew James Blunt was the fourth most annoying thing in the UK, beaten only by cold callers, queue-jumpers and caravans http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Blunt. Doesn't surprise me that people outside UK like him more.
As they say, home grown food stinks after a while
I for one like him, his songs alot, irrespective of what people say or think.
Thanks for your comments mods.

yeah I know that feeling
I grew up listening to my older brother's Credence LPs
just loved it
but now they are "classic hits"
Now I hear "down on the corner....."
more times a day than when I did in the 70's
It gets to you after a while
floppy
