'file' command for Windows/command prompt?

Hey guys. Haven't been by to visit in a couple weeks. Got a new job and haven't had time to participate. Miss me?

Anyway, I'm finding the need to bring the functionality of 'find' from Linux into Windows, preferably via the command line. I also need it to be a Windows binary, so no cygwin, please.

Thanks guys!
