Unable to install Fedora 3 using DVD

Guys, I was trying to install Fedora 3 using DVD , on the system which currently has Windows ME.

Some how it's not able to boot from DVD.

I went to SETUP on Win Me --> BOOT --> there I found these 4 options

HDD
CD
Floppy
N/W

assuming that probably CD needs to be higher , I did try by putting CD above HDD , but still somehow it still doesn't boot from DVD.

any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Did you burn this yourself? If so, did you burn the "image"?

What does it mean? That you use boot manager? setup a boot way in BIOS--to CD for first boot device

Just throwing this out there I would say that your BIOS does not support booting from media as large as a DVD. But, my hardware is behind the times so I may be toast on this thread.
