wonīt start anymore:
here is the error output.

Component: system-config-network

File "/usr/lib/python2.3/site-packages/rhpl/exception.py", line 291, in handleException
fs = FileSelection(_("Please specify a file to save the dump"))
File "/usr/lib/python2.3/site-packages/rhpl/exception.py", line 209, in __init__
import gnome.ui
ImportError: No module named gnome.ui

Local variables in innermost frame:

self: <rhpl.exception.FileSelection instance at 0xf6bbefac>
gtk: <module 'gtk' from '/usr/lib/python2.3/site-packages/gtk-2.0/gtk/__init__.pyc'>

I know that it has something to do with python, but i donīt know exactly what i have to do.

Two things you can do.
One is to file a bug report at bugzilla and the other is to use command line

# ntsysv

which does the same thing.

I know this is alittle late but for anyone else who might have trouble with this:

edit your /etc/sysconfig/rhn/sources

and pick a mirror from http://fedora.redhat.com/download/mirrors.html

save and run.

//Edit

oh and if you get the same error again....pick another mirror ;-)
