I'd start there. Are there any cron jobs running around 4:00 or 4:30 that might be causing this?

# crontab -l
# DO NOT EDIT THIS FILE - edit the master and reinstall.
# (- installed on Sun Dec 5 15:34:01 2004)

Could it be any of those?

Since this one 44 4 * * * /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/interchange/bin/expireall -r runs at 4:44, and the last error you get is at 4:43, you should probably disable that for a day and see if the problem goes away.

Of course, if it does, then you're left to fix the script causing the trouble.
