old486 LQ Newbie Registered: Oct 2004 Location: Bayswater, a suburb east of Melbourne, Australia. Distribution: Red Hat 7.1 & Debian Sarge Posts: 1 Rep:	Kernel panic during install. Hi, I,ve tried to install Fedora core 2 to a Pentium Pro machine with a Red Hat 7.1 installation on it. After it booted it checked the IRQ's,then appears an error message:Code 0f 0b eb 03 .. .. .. <0>Kernel panic Fatal exception in interrupt In interrupt handler not syncing. And the installation doesent proceed. Could someone please tell me where to look to solve this problem?
