Install on Dell PowerEdge SC420

When trying to install FC4 on my Dell SC420, my screen gets garbled and freezes when I get to the graphical install. I can do text mode install just fine, but it does the same when it gets to the graphical logon. I'm using the built in graphics - no PCI video card. What could be the issue?

odd, well try this... open /etc/X11/xorg.conf in vi or something, and find the Device section. there change the driver to "vesa". this will load the most generic X driver possible, which *should* work fine on any graphics card made in the last 10 years. the performance will suck, but it should be functional.

Well when it says probing for video card during the install, it says it uses the VESA driver... And then the screen becomes garbled.

This even happens when I get to the login prompt after doing a text mode install.

No other suggestions? Should I find a PCI video card and try that? (it doesn't have AGP).
