how to install individual packages in Core 2 Test 3?

If I go to the Add Applications menu item, I only have the option of choosing functional areas e.g. web server, rather than the lower level individual packages.

Originally, there was a tickbox saying 'select individual packages' and then one had an option for 'tree' or 'flat' for the type of list.

I want to install libnewt but can't find it.

Ideas anyone - of how to see all the individual packages?

Angry SOL

Ain't any way to do it, and hasn't been any since FC1test releases, despite constant loud screams in its favor. This is one of the best examples of how RH's position on "working with the community" amounts to little more than "le communauté, c'est moi."

Man, I was just making the jump from RedHat 9 to Fedora Core 2, and this relatively small detail really bugs the piss out of me. From what I've seen so far, I really don't like the direction that Fedora's going, and I might have to try out another distro. :/
