GRUB problems

i installed fedora core 3 yesturday on my computer that already had windows XP installed. after the installation i restarted and it gives me a GRUB error. i can't select to boot anything, the error is "GRUB Geom Error"

Boot your rescue disk (or a live CD) and get your /boot/grub/grub.conf

Copy the contents onto here, then we'll see.

thanks for trying to help, but i figured it out already. all i had to do was a bios update, bios wasn't recognizing the part of the hard drive linux was on.

Yes its very common for Fedora to get an incorrect logical or physical geometry of your hdd from your BIOS.
