Can anyone tell me where I can find the Base directory on the Fedora 7 DVD?
I am trying to set up a ftp network install but it tells me that I need to copy the files from the base directory on the DVD and I can't seem to find it.
Not sure if this will help, but I can tell you how I did it using NFS. I created a directory called /mnt/fedora and entered it in /etc/exports. Then I mounted the DVD image using mount -t iso9660 -o loop /home/data/F-7-i386-DVD.iso /mnt/fedora on the server. When the boot CD asked I entered the IP address and /mnt/fedora. The installation took right off after that.
