FTP installation with PCMCIA

Hello,

I would like to install fedora on my Thinkpad by means of ftp. I can't use the CD-ROM/DVD device, because it hangs frequently. Furthermore, I use a PCMCIA card for LAN, because there's no built-in connector. I have a floppy I can boot from.

Is it possible to create a boot disk I can have PCMCIA card support and then install fedora via ftp and how? Does fedora support ftp installation?

Take care from Italy
Pasquale
