Fedora hangs after finding Video card and monitor

When I try to install Fedora it hangs after probing the monitor. It detects it and correctly but right after it detects it fedora just hangs and does nothing.

This is what i have.

Abit KV7 KT600
Athlon XP 2000+
ViewSonic A90f+
512 PC3000

i have tried text install and it does the same thing.
i have tried the skipdcc and skip monitor probing.

Thanks

This is just a guess, but you could try linux noprobe to turn off all probing. It'll be a pain in the butt because you'll have to manually configure things, but it should at least get you throgh the install. You might also look at the kernel and anaconda logs on ctrl+alt+f3 and f4. Maybe it's not the detection of the monitor that's causing the hang, but whatever anaconda tries to do next?
