fedora 14 installation

I am using fedora in my dell inspiron 1525 laptop.
I tried several times to upgrade it to f14 from current f13 installation but failed. Its not installing in default installation.
while opting with basic video driver installation, it do install, but then there are several shortcommings.
I tried to post-f14 installation to change vesa to intel as basic video driver but same problem(freezing while booting occurs)

Code:
$ lspci
00:00.0 Host bridge: Intel Corporation Mobile PM965/GM965/GL960 Memory Controller Hub (rev 0c)
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Mobile GM965/GL960 Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 0c)
00:02.1 Display controller: Intel Corporation Mobile GM965/GL960 Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 0c)
I upgraded my bios also....but with no help.
so can you suggest any solution?

Hi -

As you probably know, you need the following pieces, in the following order:

1. Loadable kernel module for your device
<= You *should* be able to see your device in both "lspci|less" (assuming, of course, it's on the PCI or PCI-E bus) and "lsmod|less"

2. Xorg configuration

3. Xorg driver module

Strong suggestion:

Look at Intel's web site and see if you can download the appropriate driver(s).
